Ordering

Customers can either order on the website or by emailing the order to: sales@tomatinfirewood.co.uk

 

Please note that we check all orders made on the website and ensure everything is in order. We will then create an invoice with delivery date which we send to the email address provided from customer.

Please note:

  • Payment cannot be made until we have issued the invoice with confirmed delivery date. Once you have received the invoice, payment can be made by bank transfer, most debit & credit card, cash or cheque.

  • Orders are booked into the next available delivery slot. If you have specific dates in mind please advise when ordering and we will see what we can do, but once orders have been booked it can tricky to rearrange dates, particularly with smaller orders which are tagged to other deliveries.​

All customers ordering by email 

  1. Please email us what you would like to order  - email address below

  2. Provide a full name 

  3. Detail any delivery instructions - e.g. where to tip firewood, where to put coal, reverse in, etc

  4. Please remember if you ever change your email address  or phone number please let me know so we can update it on your account, otherwise the invoice will likely be sent to your old email account and delivery may just turn up when you are not expecting it!

 

New Customers only (ordering by email ):

  1. Please provide delivery address and invoice address if different

  2. contact phone number for the delivery date (in case there is any problems)

  3. If you are able, please drop a pin on your house on: https://what3words.com and provide me the 3 words or copy the link send across.

  4. We keep these records on file so if ever re-ordering please notify us of any changes such email, phone number or address.

  5. For urgent orders please call us in the first instance.

​We will book the order in and will send email response back to you normally that evening confirming the order, with a proposed delivery date and time, and an attached invoice with bank transfer payment instructions.

 

If for any reason you have not heard back from me please check your spam folder in case any emails have gone into it, but if not please call me as occasionally emails disappear into junk mail on mind also!

Collection orders

Please contact us before just heading to Tomatin Firewood depot. We can then inform whoever is on site that you are planning on coming. If for any reason you cannot make it that day, please let us know so we can either reschedule or cancel the order. To find us please use the following:

We accept most debit & credit cards, bank transfers, cash or cheque.

Please note that commercial debit and credit cards will incur a 2% additional processing fee. We do not accept American Express.

Payment is made once we have received your order and then sent out a VAT invoice confirming the order that you made on website,
